What is Natural?
Natural means that a Natural Substance (or the ingredient) has not been significantly altered from it’s original state, nor has anything been removed (with the exception of water) or added to it.
What is Natural Cosmetic?
In this industry (cosmetics & beauty products) it is generally not the product that is certified natural, but some or all of the ingredients that are natural. Therefore, a wise consumer will take the time to read the labels to know what’s in a product & then decide on his/her own that wheather the the product is Natural or not.

YES. All our products are Natural.
What are the benefits of going natural?
Products made of Natural ingredients greatly reduces &/or eliminates the use of toxic chemicals, thereby, benefiting tremendously to our health & environment. As you are aware that genetically modifying our foods & plants poses potential environmental hazards & health risks. Therefore, when you use a natural product which does not use GMOs (genetically modified organisms), you actually help environment in general & yourself in particular!
Are any of your products tested on animals?
None of the products at Lass Cosmetics have been tested on animals – it a policy to which we strictly adhere. Instead, quality control & human volunteers are used to ensure that the highest quality is maintained with every product.
Do your products contain animal-derived ingredients?
NO. None of our products contain animal by-products other than that are humanely obtained, such as beeswax, honey etc.
Are your products vegan/vegetarian friendly?
Plant-derived ingredients are used in all of our products; however, we do not hold a vegetarian or vegan standard. We offer full ingredient listings for all of our products on our packets & website.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
The use of the term hypoallergenic generally means that the products are tested for irritancy sensitivity, are shown to have a low sensitisation potential. All the products that LASS offers use all-natural, plant-based ingredients & therefore are extremely gentle on sensitive & ultra-sensitive skin. However, it must be understood that an individual can be allergic to anything, whether natural or synthetic. It must also be noted that an individual may develop allergy to a substance or condition at any time in future though he/she may not be to that substance/condition at present.
How long until I see a noticeable effect on my skin?
The length of time required to restore health to the skin depends on the skin’s condition & the products used, as well as lifestyle & diet. A daily regimen of cleansing, toning & moisturizing can produce noticeable effects within several days. Proper nutrition & a holistic skin care routine can restore balance to the skin. We suggest using products for at least one or two weeks to allow the skin a period of acclimation, accompanied by good diet, proper exercise & adequate water intake.

Is it safe to order online? Is my credit card secure when I use it on your web site?
Since you make payment through payment gateway, their fortified security measures ensure that sensitive information (i.e. credit card number) is always protected. (Payment Gateway is an online retailer that provides a merchant account alternative, credit card processing, shopping cart, fraud prevention, & secure checkout services. The payment gateway never shares credit card information with suppliers.)
What If I don’t have a Credit Card?

We will ship your order to the shipping address provided on the Order Form via the indicated method of shipment in 2-business days following receipt of your order. We provide registered airmail & expedited shipping to deliver to your doorstep. For further details check the shipping policy.
How much time would my order take to reach?

You will be able to view the total cost of your order when you reach the final invoice page while placing the order before you submit your credit card information.
What is the cost of shipping?
Our standard shipping charges are fixed at an affordable cost of US $20.00 for Expedited Shipping per order.
How do I track my order?
After completing you order successfully you will receive an order no. Tracking numbers are assigned to expedited shipping orders only. Go to the Track order link & enter your tracking number. You will get to know the status of your order.
How do I know that my gift has been shipped?
You’ll receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.
Do you ship to my Country?
We ship worldwide including Canada, US, Japan, UK & Australia. While ordering with overseas websites, you should place your order well in advance to allow them for any unexpected delays with the customs or shipping agency.
Note that. If you’re country has been in the news for the wrong reasons or has a history of shipment issues we reserve the right to cancel your order outright.
What is your return policy?
Lass Cosmetics wants you to trust our commitment to the excellence & power of ayurveda. If our products are anything less than your expectations we will offer an exchange or full refund. If you are not satisfied for any reason after 60 days of use, we will exchange the product, or provide a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges ) on presentation of proof of purchase with us. Please contact us to arrange return. Unauthorized Returns will be rejected.
What happens if I receive a broken or a defective item from you?
In such case, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number & wait for their instructions on how to get the item replaced. The complaint for a broken/defective item needs to be sent within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise.
What is the difference between Billing Address & Shipping Address?
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the payment gateway/credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive/send their shipment.
How can I cancel my order?
All cancellations will only be considered if the request is made before the order is shipped out. For cancelling your order, please get in touch with our customer service on phone or via email.
What can I do if the order is shipped but the shipping address provided is incorrect?
In this case, you can return the shipment back to our address (given on the website) but you’ll be charged for reshipping.
